Check in check out was very simple and easy staff was ready with my reservation. Breakfast was really good too! The room was alright there were stains on the blankets and the floors were a bit dirty. But overall it was good. Would stay again.

Property is downtown where it is very busy. We came with a pick-up truck and trailer so Parking was a problem but they worked so hard to figure out a solution.

Great location. Walking distance to the plaza, Mercado and restaurant. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived at midnight, upon my arrival there was a security guard at the entrance that communicated with lobby staff about my late arrival. I had no issues checking in. Hotel reception staff were excellent. The room was clean and very well kept. Only concern was that street noise could be heard from the room I was assigned to. But no biggie. I slept through all my stay without issues. I did not get to try the breakfast hopefully next time. Other than this I will definitely be going back and staying here!!! I highly recommend the hotel.

El hotel es cómodo. Pero el estacionamiento ubicado a una cuadra y media del hotel es muy viejo, no cuenta con iluminación y además te mandan al 3er piso y no cuenta con asensor. Estando en el hotel, quise preguntar algunas cosas pero jamás me respondieron al número que me proporcionaron. No cuenta con un lobby, ni room service. Anteriormente me quedaba aquí cuando era Mision Express y se nota el cambio de administración.
