Quest was perfect for our stay. Comfortable room and very clean amenities. We did pay an additional fee for late check out and unfortunately had housekeeping and reception contacting us prior to to ‘hurry us up’ which was disappointing. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

The fridge is very noisy during the night. There were several small cockroaches and ants around kitchen area. This happened on my second night. The location is good. It is ok overall but I'll choose another hotel if I visit Melbourne again.

This is the only hotel or Quest hotel that requires a bond nowadays. The pre authorisation of having to wait 5-10 days for it to be reverted and somehow I felt the money never really got back to my account. Don't bother booking in this hotel, avoid at all cost.

All the draws and shelves in the wardrobe were very dusty when my husband took his clothes out to were to a funeral they had dust all over them, very disappointing. The rest of the room and building were great.

The Quest Central Dandenong provided an excellent week long base for my wife and I as she underwent serious surgery at a nearby hospital. The hotel's position opposite Dandenong Train Station and being conveniently close to hospital and shopping facilities, made it a first class choice. This was especially so for us, as we live in the country and had to negotiate the added difficulty of being some distance from our home and being in a new and different environment. The front of house staff, especially "Bram", made a rather difficult and confronting moment in our lives that much more able to be dealt with. Bram and the team there were able to meet several requests in the most bright, pleasant and efficient manner possible. Indeed, on every occasion I entered the foyer I was greeted with a friendly smile and greeting. We would most genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone seeking accomodation in the area and are grateful for the support offered us during our stay.
