Rainbow Studios Canary Wharf

Arrived @7:30PM after a 2 hour drive to get ready for a concert. Despite knocking on the door or over 20 minutes and dialling number on hotel.com & in a black car outside property there was no response. Annoyingly the number went to voice mail leaving us no option but to seek alternative accommodation. It almost ruined our evening but we carried on like troopers. Disappointing ☹️

This was a good, well-priced place to stay within a reasonable distance of the O2. The apartment was well equipped and clean, and exactly what I needed for the night's stay.

Beautiful apartment very easy check in. Housekeeper was lovely. Perfect location would definitely recommend staying here.

Checked in just before 1400 hours on the 1st of January, for 3 nights, and unfortunately had to check out at approximately 22.30 the same evening due to the horrendous noise coming from the above apartment.I firstly contacted the housekeeper who contacted the Manager who did nothing to sort the problem out. Checked into the Ibis hotel at the end of the road.The room was perfect in every way. It was only the noise that was the problem.

It was clean but the mattress and pillows where too firm/hard and I was unable to sleep properly. Some noise in the morning. I thought "City View" would be a nice view but it was a ground floor looking at a side street and I could only see parked cars.

OK to find, however when you get there you need a code to access the building, I didn't have this or a contact number for the landlord, luckily another resident did and allowed me access, as well as letting me call the landlord for details on how to access my flat. The place was ok, a bit tatty around the edges, and the curtains which should provide privacy were broken. For the money, it was ok, but not likely to stay here again.

My stay at Rainbow studios was good. Would’ve loved to check-in earlier but it was good nonetheless.

The guy is so chill he gives you everything you need and he sorted me out another night for free after I have booked 10timea

The room was clean and tidy but corner of the bed the mattress went down which hurt, may have been missing slats but didn't check. The shower was hard to use as turned one way put one shower on scalding, the other a different shower head and hard to turn off. Plus the main shower head was grimy and scaled. The shower door would not close and kept sliding open. Only one out of a possible 5 lights worked in the bathroom. The kitchen area was clean and tidy but it would have been nice to have had the milk pots or creamer to have made a hot drink that was supplied. Door hangers at back of door were broken plus the clock didn't work.
