Sehr schönes und großes Zimmer

Wir, Vater und Sohn, haben ein wirklich sehr großes Zimmer bekommen, es war nur eine Nacht und wir besuchten das Amphitheater in Hanau. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und man hat uns auch informiert, wann die Busse zum Amphitheater fahren. Soweit alles top, was nur unglücklich ist, dass man die „kleinen „ Haare vom Vornutzer des Zimmers am Waschbecken findet! Daher habe ich bei der Sauberkeit zwei Punkte abgezogen und nur drei Sterne gegeben. Sonst aber wirklich alles auf sehr gutem Stand.

Kurztrip mit der Familie. Wir hatten ein geräumiges 4-Bett-Zimmer. Mehr Platz, als erwartet, sehr guter Zustand und sehr gute Ausstattung. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis das Beste, was wir in den letzten Jahren hatten. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Servicepersonal, an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Wermutstropfen: Das digitale Einchecken mit Vorabangabe von Adresse und Reisenden mit anschließend bereitgestelltem QR Code war leider überflüssig. Vor Ort alles wie immer: Name nennen, Papier ausfüllen. Das digitale Auschecken habe ich mir dasnn geschenkt. Da sollte noch dran gearbeitet werden. Das geht aber an die Kette, nicht an das Hotel vor Ort.

Nice modern style hotel, perfect for traveling by car to Frankfurt and around. Airconditioning, the size of the room, and the bathroom are all very good. The location is close to the river and is quiet, ideal for a good night sleep! Breakfast is good; dinner at the hotelrestaurant is not quite ‘haute cuisine’ but is ok.

Die Räume waren in Sachen Sauberkeit okay, jedoch sind diese sehr hellhörig. Man hört vieles aus dem Nachbarzimmer oder aus dem Flur. Das Frühstück war sehr sparsam, sehr wenig Auswahl. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Schönes Hotel in Berlin für seine vier Sterne super kann ich gut weiterempfehlen Zimmer sauber. Matratzen waren gut Parkmöglichkeiten sehr schlecht außer man kommt in die Tiefgarage. Frühstück war spitze. Fitness und Wellnessbereich sehr schön. Fitness Geräte waren gut ausgestattet.

Hôtel pratique pour se rendre à Francfort

Hôtel très pratique car à proximité de Francfort. Petit-déjeuner varié et excellent ! Accès vers l'hôtel facile et bien indiqué, juste après la sortie d'autoroute, mais petit bémol lorsque la chambre est située côté route... On entendait aussi l'occupant de la chambre voisine au téléphone ou le grincement de sa porte de salle de bains ou placard... L'hôtel est propre, le personnel de salle et entretien des chambres est avenant et concerné. L'espace Salon semble vide et froid... (pas du tout comme sur la photo) serait plus cosy et chaleureux s'il contenait tout son mobilier (au lieu de le placer au sous-sol à côté des baby-foot et table de ping-pong...) : résultat, le standing observé n'est pas celui attendu. Des travaux seront nécessaires pour améliorer tout cela. Le personnel en place en vaut la peine !

Gutes Businesshotel

Der Eingang zum Hotel ist sehr einladend. Die Zimmer sind gut, auch groß genug. Es gibt keine Minibar. Was schön ist, ist die Klimaanlage. Natürlich war sie jetzt im Winter abgeschaltet. Die Betten sind sehr gut, man schläft gut. Das Frühstück.......im Aufzug steht diesbezüglich " alles, was sie brauchen". Das bezieht sich eher auf das Hotel, als auf die Wünsche des Gastes. Das Frühstück ist definitiv ausbaufähig. Für 19 Euro pro Person kann man einiges mehr erwarten. Wurst und Käse entsprechen unterem Standard. Die Auswahl ist vorhanden, allerdings ohne Besonderheiten.

Die Heizung hat anfangs nicht über das digitale Thermometer funktioniert und musste manuell unter dem Tisch eingeschaltet werden. Es waren keine Handtücher auf dem Zimmer, erst nach zwei Anrufen an der Rezeption. Der TV im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, im Fitnessraum war ebenfalls kein TV gucken möglich, da auch hier das Kabelfernsehen defekt war. Die Zimmer sind derart laut das man keinerlei Ruhe bekommt und alles von seinem Nachbarn hört, wirklich alles. Am nächsten Morgen sofort ausgecheckt und das Hotel verlassen. Die Erstattung für die weiteren Nächte lief reibungslos
