Very bad service, need to improve customer service
I normally don’t complain but this time I should as this hotel needs to do at least standard service.
Our accommodation was with kitchenette but there was no kitchen knife and chopping board. I believe these items are basics.
Sleeping for 3 people, but only one blanket was supplied.
This hotel reception was supposed to be open from 16:00h to 21:00.
I went to the reception to get these missing items at 18:00h, 18:30h, 19:00 and 20:00h.
The door was closed and no one was there during this time.
Our hotel building electricity fuse was gone around 19:00h.
We couldn’t cook and the room heater stopped working.
No receptionist was there, so we called 24h help line call so many times, but no one picked up the phone.
We tried calling all of their telephone numbers but none of them wasn’t working.
Around midnight, finally the hotel pick up our phone then they suggested to move us to another hotel near us.
My 10years old child was sleeping with ski clothes. We needed to wake my child up middle of the night and packed ourselves in the darkness.
We had to walk to the other hotel in the freezing cold night.
Most annoying things is NO ONE contacted us (even text or email).
No one came to supply any torches or candles, extra blankets etc…
The same building customer was feeling same as I am. They couldn’t reach any help from the hotel.We simply didn’t know what we needed to do.
This is a ski resort place, it reaches easily -10℃ middle of the night.WiFi connection is poor
