Bart was amazing, helped us feel very safe and at home and gave great insights around the area that were very helpful! He made breakfast burritos for all of the guests each morning which was so thoughtful and tasted amazing. Easy check in and check out process. Read the information very carefully about this property. The bathrooms are detached....and what that actually means.....they are 50 feet away from the rooms. Ever have to woken up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom.....think about it.

The facilities were incredibly particularly @ the price of $210 per night. I understand that football game weekends are expensive, but guests need to know that they’ll be sleeping on a camp bed, using a latrine & showering outdoors.

Rustic, clean, friendly

My elderly mother and I stayed in the guest house. Bart was most accommodating, friendly and committed to making his creation a comfortable and memorable event. Everything was wonderful. It is a bit rustic (separate bathhouse), but my mother and I enjoyed it. I can't speak for her, but I will definitely be returning. Thank you.

The owner, Bart, is a very helpful and nice guy. The room was new and clean. However, the style of this hotel is very close to camping. There is no plumbing or TV in your room. Very nice facilities are in the next building. If you know this and plan ahead you'll love it. Close to Penn State for football games. We brought books and a radio and we were good. Comfortable beds.
