The staff at the Beekman Arms/Delamater Inn were outstanding. Every encounter we had with staff was exceptional...professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Alex at the reception desk was so helpful, Karen our waitress at the Tavern are just two of the many wonderful members of the staff that made our stay so wonderful. We were at the Delamater House for a family gathering and we loved the house and all it had to offer. Kudos to all!

The only thing keeping it from a perfect score is that it sits over a hair salon that blasts pop music at a crazy volume during business hours.
