Incredibly beautiful ceiling :)
We first discovered this place in 2022 - and came back in 2024. Absolutely stunning (falling asleep looking at that amazing original ceiling is an incredible feeling!), beautiful Veronese details in the room design, great toiletries, wonderfully helpful staff, amazingly central location. The only thing I might recommend updating is the selection of breakfast snacks, as we've had better ones throughout Italy. But we'll definitely be back next time we're in Verona!!

A Peaceful Gem in Verona
Very nice bed and bathroom. The room included some treats for breakfast and some coffee that really came in handy. Perhaps the best thing was how peaceful it was. We stayed at 3 different places in Verona and this was the quietest. We also really appreciate how the host Virginia helped us with transportation. She went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated.

We loved our room, but we loved the staff even more. We didn't intend to be the "guests from hell", but as we prepared to depart - thanks to Virginia for helping with our luggage- we couldn't find the keys to our rental car. Yikes! I don't know what we would have done without their help. They spent an incredible amount of time helping us to find a solution- all while keeping a positive attitude and keeping us from freaking out. It all worked out in the end; we hired a driver to take us to Venice and the keys were eventually found. Big adventure for us, big headache for them. The room could not be in a better location- we walked to every attraction. Would definitely recommend- just hang on to your car keys!

This is a lovely room. Lots of history. They’ve paid attention to every detail to make you comfortable. We would highly recommend. Be aware getting a taxi is a bit challenging but nothing the office can’t help you with. Also, if climbing stairs is an issue this might not be a good option as there are stairs to climb with luggage. Otherwise it’s really nice!
