This hotel was located in a small shopping and dining area which means there are plent of dining options, it is also close to public transport bus and metro, the hotel had a modern look to it and was clean, the breakfast had lots of options and items changed daily so not to become repetative, the staff were polite and very friendly and helpful, a wonderful place to stay

Great option for an affordable stay. The hotel is an older build but the rooms are nicely designed with thoughtful touches. Compact but comes with all the necessities one would need. The breakfast buffet is definitely the highlight of the stay! I would go there just for the breakfast alone. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient for accessing Lotte world and Starfield Coex mall. Very near a restaurant and bar area so no running out of ideas of what to eat. An excellent stay for our young family of 3. Will return again for our next visit to Seoul. Thank you!

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom worked well. They also offer as much free water as you need. There were loads of restaurants and bars around the hotel, making it a lively area. The staff were friendly but their English was highly limited, making it difficult to ask basic questions. There was also a deficiency of coat hangers in the room and they didn't have any spares. The breakfast was really poor (the same every day) and was quite sickly. Not the best value for money.

Provided breakfast, which I wasn’t expecting but it was really delicious. Clean room, room slippers, shower shoes, lots of available amenities like towels, lotion, soap. This hotel has a mold issue and very strong smell in rooms. We checked 3 rooms overall and every room had the same issue unfortunately. Me and my friend both have allergies and very soon after arriving we needed to book another hotel because both of us started to get symptoms. We didn't spent even one night in this hotel but they were not willing to pay us a total refund but only half which was not enough when taking into account that we booked a hotel for 7 nights. So basically we paid quite a lot of money for nothing. I understand the refund policies but in health cases they should be flexible because we couldn't know beforehand about the issue and therefore not cancel the booking before arriving. The hotel was kind of nice overall and we would have stayed if the issue wasn't that severe, and our health wasn't under a risk. If you are sensitive to mold and/or smells, I would not recommend this hotel.
