Déçu, pas conforme à la réservation.
Plutôt décevant car pas conforme à la description et pas conforme à la réservation. La porte de l'hotel est cachée entre deux commerces (pas très accueillant). Passé la porte, pas de récepetion, pas d'accueil, personne... juste un grand escalier à monter avec ses valises. Arrivé en haut, un micro bureau sur la doite qui fait office de réception. En fait on est plus proche de l'Auberge de jeunesse que de l'hotel (il s'agit d'un ancien immeuble d'habitation converti en "hotel"). Nous avions réservé une chambre avec lit double (payée plus cher) mais on nous a donné une chambre avec lit jumeaux. Même en montrant la réservation (sur laquelle il était bien précisé "lit double", on nous a dit que c'était nous qui nous étions trompé en réservant. On a fini par obtenir un chambre avec lit double mais vlà la chambre... Pas du coup conforme à ce que nous avions réservé et aux photos du sites. Chambre très petite, porte d'entrée à 50 cm du lit, pas de chaise, pas de porte manteau pour poser ces affaires, une pauvre fenêtre qui donne juste sur un puit de lumière (zero vue), moisissures dans la douche, évacutation bouchée, eau soit brulante soit glaciale, rien pour poser les serviettes mouillées. Bref, prestation pas à la hauteur du prix. Seule la localisation peux justifier le prix. Petit déjeuner correct mais pas à la hauteur du prix.

Chambre sous les combles très petites et peu confort sans fenêtre ni vue extérieure.
Odeur mauvaise qui sent le renfermé.

Nos trasladaron al memória, es un hotel muy limpio, el desayuno es delicioso y las chicas súper amables. La ubicación estuvo genial, súper cerca a los sitios históricos. El cuarto es comodísimo y tuvieron un detalle super lindo con nosotras. Gracias por todo❤️

Muitas escadas e sem acesso de carro a porta
O quarto do hotel é limpo e bom, apesar de sentir falta de um frigobar. A atendente do dia é muito prestativa e tentou resolver todos os problemas. No entanto, o hotel não tem acesso de carro a porta (rua fechada) e tem muitas escadas. Para quem está com muitas malas, é inviável se hospedar nesse hotel. No site só fala que o hotel fica no segundo andar, mas não explica que há quartos no terceiro e quarto andar. Portanto, quem tem dificuldades de subir escadas ou está com muita bagagem o hotel é ruim.

Great Place to Stay
We were very pleased with our stay at Rossio Suites hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The included breakfast was beyond expectations and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The location was very central within walking distance to many attractions and on the metro and trolley lines.

En general la estancia en el hotel ha sido correcta, pero quería destacar varios incovenientes que no los muestran en la web, el baño está fuera de la habitación y el hotel no tiene ascensor y para llegar a la habitación hay unas escaleras muy empinadas, no lo recomiendo para gente mayor o con niños

Déçu !
Plutôt déçu de mon séjour pour 3 raisons.
1- j’ai réservé et payé plus cher ma réservation pour avoir une suite, hors j’ai eu une chambre certes grande mais pas une suite. Quand je l’ai fait remarquer on m’a dit « si si c’est une suite …)
2- climatisation de la chambre 1 ne fonctionne pas, un ventilateur en secours. Impossible de dormir entre le bruit et la chaleur.
3- petit déjeuner à 08h, pas avant. Beaucoup trop tard pour un hôtel dans le cas d’un business trip !
