What's really nice about this property is that it is really close to Hase station, Hasadera Temple, and the Kamakura Daibutsu. It's restaurant connected to it is one of the few restaurants in the area that stays open later, so it's great for fliers coming in later than the usual dinnertime. Everyone was super friendly and I never thought that there was any cleanliness issues.

Peaceful and convenient
It was in an ideal location - just a few minutes walk from Hase station, close to the beach, tons of restaurants, and many of the tourist attractions. We were able to easily walk everywhere. The staff was very friendly. We stayed in a room with tatami mats and futons. It was quaint and comfortable.

I liked that it was close to the train station, plus I appreciate the fact the staff helped me check in, even though I was late. Have nothing to say I did not like, except they might want to examine address locations on different sites to help people find them.

Relaxed and centrally located.
The guest house was five minutes from the Hase station and you could walk everywhere from there! It was fantastic. The owner (and house dog, Nico) were friendly too. I highly recommend this place!
Jennifer, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Excellent location to Hase train station and to the beach in the quieter shreet. Simple room and great price for the location. Great for backpackers and light travelers. Comfortable bed and good shower. There’s restaurant on the lower level and it’s one of the best food we have ever eaten in Japan and fair price! Will come back here

It was a little difficult to find the place
Sadami, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great location in Hase area of Kamakura. Easy walking distance to beach and temples. Good public transit near by. Clean and quiet location. Didn’t realize I’d have to share a toilet with several other rooms. My room had a shower, but my family had to use another on the first floor. It was locked when they wanted to use it and no staff around to assist. They ended up using mine, which was fine as we’re family, but it would have been easier if the room key worked for the showers too.
Julia, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

It was a convenient place to stay. Hostel room features and amenities were good as well. However, the walls are thin so I was struggling with the noise that my neighbours make in the middle of the night even it was single room. He kept burping repeatedly so I was like "You gotta go to see a doctor" which was horrible.
Hiroyuki, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

C'etait ok, mais rapport qualité-prix moyen comparativement aux autres villes du Japon que j'ai visitées. Mais c'est peut-être Kamakura qui est plus chère, car j'aurais le même commentaire concernant les restaurants.
