"Lovely hotel in a great location. Bathroom sink had hair on it! The bar man at the bar was so rude like he didn’t want to be there! Which made us uncomfortable! All the other staff were lovely, excellent breakfast."
The Beeches Hotel and Leisure Club
"Great location of your attending cricket ground, free parking and only a 20 mins walk away. Big room everything you need for a night"
Best Western Plus Nottingham Westminster Hotel
"I have been looking for a hotel to stay in when visiting Nottingham for sometime. I have found it!! The property is situated in an ideal location on Mansfield Road with regular bus routes directly outside into the city centre. There was a £8 fee for parking on the premises but with cameras watching the car overnight it was good value. The room was well presented and recently refurbished. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again. The Lidl shopping supermarket across the road kept us supplied with ice for our cool box, fruit and ice creams. Well done. Excellent."

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Nottingham
- Book for the cheapest times: The most budget-friendly time to visit Nottingham is during January, February, and August, when hotel prices tend to be lower. Key attractions include the impressive Nottingham Castle, the lively theatre scene, and the friendly university community. With plenty of options for shopping and entertainment, Nottingham offers a delightful blend of experiences, making it an ideal destination for those on a budget.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals for Nottingham hotels, you may start by exploring the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute DealsOpens in a new window sections on Hotels.com, where you could find discounted rates as your travel date approaches. Additionally, enabling email alerts or push notifications can keep you informed about flash sales and special promotions, helping you seize opportunities to save. Furthermore, Smart ShoppingOpens in a new window is a useful comparison tool available in the app that allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you're among the first to know if prices drop or rooms become available for your last-minute getaway.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate based on various factors, including the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, being flexible with your travel dates may assist you in finding a more affordable stay at a hotel in Nottingham. For those in search of distinctive accommodations, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and, at times, better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we may suggest alternative dates that could help you find a better deal.
- Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre usually tend to be more expensive, but thanks to Nottingham's superb public transport links, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel located a bit further out that is still well connected. For those keen to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
