Beautiful property. We visit once a year and my kids enjoy the heated pool. Well located and well maintained. The only reason I took one of the stars away is because I was given a room that was already occupied. With me being un crutches, it was not fun to tried to move in one room them have to move in another room. just an honest mistake but still an amazing stay.

The Hotel property looked brand new and everything looked in excellent condition. The room was very clean and everything worked like new. The staff was very helpful, and always willing to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The spa/pool was very nice, and the coffee/bar service impeccable! The parking is vast and available, the hotel is close to all the fun stuff in the laurentides. For the price it cost, it is a gem! Will book another stay for sure!

For the price of the room we were expecting higher quality. The room was clean and well-appointed. We found the bed quality was not excellent. The couch/extra bed was a welcome amenity. The shower was good with hot water and great pressure. We used the hot tub however found that it was not hot enough. It was huge and there were a number of guests enjoying when we were there.

Very clean and modern hotel in a great location! We booked in last-minute for the Ironman 70.3 and the staff were extremely welcoming. Comfortable bed and sofa bed with plenty of bedding and pillows and great amenities. Regrettably we didn’t bring out swimsuits, but the pool looked great and super well-maintained. The breakfast options were great as well - wish there were slightly more vegan options (or options that could be made vegan), but that’s a minor quibble in an otherwise excellent experience!
