Spent four nights here for the Metallica weekend take over. Hotel was very nice, fresh rooms and friendly staff. Only downside was the surrounding area. 100 meters to the left from the hotel was the Red Light District with lots of homeless people and drug addicts. If you ignore them they won’t bother you but still somewhat unpleasant to see the misery. But walk the other way and you were fine. Hotel was very close to the Haubtbahnhof (Central Train Station) with access to metro, trams and trains. Also close to a bank office with lots of cash withdrawals machines. Overall I would recommend this hotel, maybe not if you are traveling with children but for solo travelers, childless couples and friend groups I say go for it.

I just booked an overnight stay for a concert. The hotel was great. The location was convenient, the room was clear, spacious, and comfortable, and staff was very nice. The only negative is that the area of the hotel is not very nice (being located so close to the train station), so I would advise caution when not in the room.
