OK for a night or two
Small hotel with good location right in the middle of town. Walking distance to the public market, the pawn shop area and Robinsons Mall. The rooms are very small, I mean tiny, and when were were the wifi wasn't working. We were on the 4th floor but there is an elevator. Secured parking with a guard for motorbikes. When we were there the street fronting the hotel was being torn up for some reason and there was lots of noise, dust and difficult walking. Adequate for a night or two but the size of the room is an issue.

I loved the rooms! It's big, clean, and completely equipped. The price is cheap compared to other hotels. I wish they would offer meals tho. There's no restaurant in the immediate vicinity, and you have to walk a bit to get to Robinsons mall and eat.

I had wonderful stay.
The place is very nice and close to where my appointments are. It is also along my jeepney route. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Will recommend the place to my family and friends.

Situated at the heart of downtown of Ilo-ilo where every attraction is walkable and accessible. Jeepneys that go to various main attractions pass in front of the hotel. Just ask the hotel staff which one to take. They were incredibly helpful. Nothing to complain about their room. It was clean and simple. I had a clogged-up sink but they quickly fixed it. WiFi is only available in the concierge area.

Clean chic hotel | within city center, downtown
The place is right in the city proper near Robinson's Iloilo. I booked it for 4days/3nights for ~1,100 per night.
PROS:
- new, not so big, chic and clean hotel
- offers free breakfast from 6am to 10am
- breakfast has choices of Filipino, American and Continental.
- food is delicious and has standard 2 eggs and choice of either plain or garlic rice and with papaya sides
- the bedsheet, towel and pillows are new, clean and comfy.
- there's a Sky cable tv but you hardly get anything to watch since most channels are locked.
- the aircon is cool and strong.
- they uses Korean window blinds
- secured place since its within establishments.
- they make up my room everyday, changes the towels and make up the bedsheet.
CONS:
- no toilettries, free bottled water (standard for a hotel, buti pa motel)
- free coffee does not offer refill.
- no room amenities like hair blower or coffee maker or small ref (puedeng makatipid)
- hotel is good for a stay. no amenities offerred.

The hotel was lovely modern clean great air con helpful staff and good location near the mall. Good bathroom also. Only downside the wifi does not reach the rooms and we had to swap our towels as they were dirty. This was done quickly with apology so I think a one off. Would stay again
