I took a chance and stayed here as a new opportunity to learn more about the area. The first two days, I had issues with my AC and was difficult to explain how to get there to the local taxis -but eventually all worked out and I was able to get to/from easily. There is no one on staff to help with any issues nor housekeeping - so it is up to you to manage that. Waiting for responses from the management company were delayed... and at first was a bit frustrating, but once all was resolved, it was a good stay. the property is very quiet, guests there generally stick to themselves and don't engage. the pool doesn't get sunlight, as it is on the 2nd floor in between tall floors - so your best bet is to walk/taxi down to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and that was by far my favorite part of the room. Overall it was a pleasant experience and happy to receive my 5000 baht deposit back.
