"5-star service. My husband and I liked many things about this hotel when we went in May 2025. It is very conveniently located right on the edge of the walking district of Coimbra. Coimbra is hilly and this hotel was a welcome refuge after a long day. Ask for a room with two twin beds as it is bigger than a double bed room. There is a taxi stand right outside it and the train is a 4 minute taxi ride away. The hotel staff all speak excellent English, have the best customer service I can ever remember receiving at a hotel (thank you Gabriella and Tatiana), a huge breakfast, comfy beds and modern rooms. Coimbra is small and so is this hotel but I would booked there again without hesitation."
