We had an amazing stay at Ruhondo. The staff were all so welcoming and kind, particular mention to Jana 😊. The rooms are basic but clean and the beds are very comfortable. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. We had a lovely walk/hike along the lakeside and up into the village together with a gaggle of local children - more and more joined us as we walked 😊. The location is very peaceful and I would thoroughly recommend

The manager of the hotel was extremely helpful, I am a wheelchair user and he showed me two different types of room so I could choose which was more suitable for me. The entrance to the hotel is not wheelchair accessible but once inside the hotel the ground floor is level access. The food at the hotel was also much better than anything we sampled elsewhere and we ate all our meals there as a result. There was some noise from exercises taking place on the beach but in the hotel itself there was...
