I didn’t see it advertised but the “car lift” to the car park was a welcome surprise

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and upgraded our room free of charge. Stunning location and views from the excellent restaurant. First class.

Fantastic facilities in pristine village! The staff were very helpful and attentive, with every of detail of our stay well planned.

A really nice, clean and well fitted out apartment, secure underground parking and a laundry room should you need it. Staff were always friendly and helpful if you needed anything at all. Everything you could need within a short walk from shops to travel links whilst being located in a stunningly beautiful part of the country.

Excellent, modern hotel with a wonderful pool. We loved the convenience of being able to park in the underground car park. The rooms were large and well appointed, and the restaurant was excellent, for both evening meals and breakfast. Would recommend.

Comfortable room, very helpful staff, great overnight stay.

We stayed there for three nights it was great experience, friendly staff,clean rooms ,good breakfast,and free parking and also we checked in very late like 2/3 am but there was no issue.

Close to station, lovely hotel, room everything you need, restaurant and bar onsite, great food including breakfast. Staff lovely!

Upon arrival which was around 10pm I was able to park in the allocated spaces for the hotel. The staff were super helpful and showed me directly to my room which was beautifully clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ample and had an ample array of choice. Again the staff in the morning were attentive and hard working. I would definitely return.

The location for us was perfect as we were visiting relatives nearby, it is not in the centre of Altdorf but only a ten minute walk. The welcome was so warm and friendly and our room in the annex was large, spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a fridge and complimentary water. The only thing we found unusual was a lack of usb points but it didn’t affect us as we had our own international chargers. The room was a little run down - a chipped sink and loose cupboard doors but nothing to spoil...

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I felt very welcome and comfortable. The rooms were as described. Happily would recommend and visit again.

We were a family of 10 with two small boys, two babies, two grandparents and 4 other adults. The hotel looked after our needs very well.We had 4 rooms, one large with an extra very comfortable roll-away bed and another large with cots for the twin babies.the other two rooms were small as were their bathrooms - elegant but definitely small! Everyone was friendly and helpful from the lovely receptionists to the room staff.
