Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. The staff are all extremely friendly and more than happy to help with anything you need, really good customer service. I travel alone as a solo woman and I felt 100% safe at all times.
The cleanliness is to a high standard, housekeeping do a fantastic job and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned. All around the resort there are staff constantly cleaning both inside and out which was really great.
