Food does not correspond exactly to 5 star hotel. I wish them to improve the quality of the food in the restaurant. In this direction can definitely do some work.

"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots).
Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly.
Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."

We enjoyed the nye party they hosted with other guests. Food was typical local meals, all delicious and waiting staff very good. We thoroughly enjoyed this rather than going in to the town.
Breakfast was a good spread of eggs, cold cuts, hot items, salads, fruits, yoghurt.
Location is excellent and quiet. 10min walk to the gondola and ski centre area. And 10min walk...

Honestly, it's not the most modern hotel. There's no mini-fridge in the room, and the TV isn't the latest model. But the rooms are large and very spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff was courteous, and the breakfast was reasonable. The price was attractive and, in my opinion, worth the money. For those who are intimidated by a luxurious hotel, this may not be the first choice, but for those who want a nice place on a reasonable budget, this is definitely a reasonable option."

"As a solo traveller i found the room fine. Good view , comfortable bed but small pillow(just 1 small pillow). Plenty warm enough, good size bathroom and plenty hot water. Service was good and staff welcoming. Bar was ok but didnt eat there so no comments. Walls a little thin and ppl flushing loo during silent hours or talking in the corridor at night annoying.
Would i stay again, yes as very cheap and close to bus stop and supermarkets. "

areas are great and there’s a lifeguard on duty. Breakfast was fine but dinner was poor. Weird and poorly prepared dishes and poor hygiene from the guests.

"The hotel is not a 4 stars hotel. Pictures on the Expedia web site are deceiving. Old with small rooms that lack even a bench to place your suitcase. It had space for a small suitcase only, the type that you take with you onboard on an airplane. Beakfast is just O.K. nothing special. Bathroom was old with cheap skinny towels. Not worth the $140 per night that we paid, maybe $70 would had been the correct price considering the facilities."
