"Staff was amazing. I got a free room upgrade. Loved having an enclosed courtyard. Hotel is actually a resort with shops, cafes, restaurants. I used the spa - excellent."

"Bel hôtel en général,
Cependant beaucoup de points négatifs :
Les sévices proposés ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 5 étoiles.
La qualité de la nourriture est vraiment à déplorer.
La plage n'est pas entretenue beaucoup de déchets et d'algues.
C'est dommage "

. On stepping in till leaving 3 days later,I could not fault the staff especially Kays. We ate in the restaurant the first night, food was very good,as good as anything else we had eaten in Tunisa in the past month. Breakfast was your basic buffet affair, with all the usual things, boiled eggs, meats, cheeses etc and plenty of it. Quality of the coffee was also really good. Also the shower took a minute to warm up but when it did it...

"Property is run down, we misplaced our room key and they don’t have a spare so had to have someone open door each time, was an inconvenient and had to wait over 20 mins in wet clothes as it seems like they forgot to help us and had to request for help again. Next day, was able to found room key, maybe time to start using key card that can be reprogrammed if this happens to other visitors, am sure we weren’t the only ones. Things like this can happen so suggestion to to make spare keys. We only...

"A great hotel matching its description, staff are excellent. Special thanks to Miriam for breakfast area, and Oumaima at reception and the daytime reception lady as well ( sorry I don’t know your name). Room was well heated and they turned heating down for me remotely for my comfort. Rooftop bar on the 6th floor had live music on Friday and their food was good, try their Mixed Grill for 58 Dinars (£16) . There’s a bar on the 1st floor (I didn’t try it) and the music was loud but I slept fine on...

"The customer service manager and the entire customer service team were great. Shout out to the customer service manager that organized a tour of Carthage for me; an unforgettable experience!
I understand saving energy costs, but the room was never really cool due to the fact they don't cool the rooms prior to a guest's arrival and you always need to leave your room key in the slot in order to maintain power. I was rarely comfortable in my room as a result.
