"The first room had wet carpets from bathroom leak. Shower situation needs to be reworked, since 3rd room had similar water stains.
Moved to much smaller room for the night.
Next morning moved to same big luxury room we booked.

"Amazing hotel. Everything is top notch including facilities location and service. Perfect all around. If you can, I highly recommend upgrading to a jr suit with a view. Definitely worth the extra cost. Amazing pool area and beautiful grounds. We loved this hotel. "

Everything was clean and well looked after. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk to Morcote or a bus/shuttle ride away from Lugano. The

! So much for children to do. Rooms very clean and comfortable beds. Staff work so hard and and are friendly and helpful. Our 10 year old had the best time - free ice cream pass was excellent surprise when we arrived. Highly recommend this resort for a family holiday. "

are gorgeous. We got the impression that the allication of the tables at breakfast depends which rate you payed. We stayed two nights. In the first night we got a small room at first floor without any view. There was a wall built in front of the window…. but the real issue was that this room was located above the dinning room where weddings and party were held. It was impossible to sleep till 4:30 am....

"A really nice stay at PSM hotel, lot of sport activities and a super friendly staff. The pools were quite nice for a family trip. The family room where we stayed was spacious and clean, there was a slight problem with air conditioning, but that got fixed eventually."
