"Nice property. It’s not perfect but you can tell it was posh in it’s hay day- could use renovations to upgrade the overall ambiance. The staff makes the experience wonderful, except for one front desk lady who had an attitude. All the other staff- Otis (bell man), Janice (Playa Rep), Cleopatra (Playa Agent) were excellent and genuine. My masseuse, Kaydean (pronounced Kay-deen) was absolutely amazing!!! I had the Rum Rub and Scrub and Kaydean was excellent. I think I fell asleep for a moment...
