We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The place was very nice and comfortable, and Alain was extremely friendly and helpful. He arranged everything for us — from excursions to transfers — and made our stay smooth and enjoyable.
We truly appreciated his hospitality and would absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Bora Bora.

Alain spricht Deutsch und hat mich jeden Tag an den schönen öffentlichen Strand der Insel gefahren und abgeholt- ich habe hier nichts missen müssen , alles sehr nett eingerichtet, Küche mit Kühl und Gefrierschrank- Terrasse mit Meerblick - nur der Strand gegenüber/ bei der Unterkunft ist nicht zum Baden geeignet und sehr ungepflegt

Séjour immersif au coeur de Bora Bora
Ce séjour au Bora Vaite Lodge a été la parfaite occasion de découvrir Bora Bora sous un autre oeil, en choisissant un hébergement plus immersif au coeur de l'ile.
Niveau confort, rien à redire : 5 étoiles bien méritées. Les chambres sont très propres et bien entretenues, idem pour la salle de bain. Le vaste espace commun dispose d'une cuisine et d'un grand frigo, de tables et canapés, sans en oublier la grande terrasse qui donne sur le lagon. On ne manque pas de place ! L'occasion également de faire de belles rencontres.
Vaite est d'une gentillesse rarissime, et d'une disponibilité qu'il serait indécent de ne pas mentionner. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ses conseils, les moments de partage et le temps passé en sa compagnie. Ses petits déjeuners valent également le détour !
Comme pratiquement tout à Bora, le transport est très onéreux (taxi ou location de voiture). Un service de transfert est assuré ici pour 1000 CPF (env 8 €), ce qui est de loin l'option la plus cheap et avantageuse qui nous a permis de faire le tour de l'ile à plusieurs reprises et découvrir les nombreux highlights.
Enfin, il vous sera plus difficile de trouver plus abordable et compétitif pour un séjour de 4 nuits sur l'ile, la qualité au rendez-vous.
Merci encore à Vaite pour ce séjour que l'on oubliera pas de sitôt !

The pictures do not reflect the propriety. We were really surprised once arrived. Next to the main street so really noisy. Fare from the city. You also need to pay for the AC... Alain is really friendly nice and helpful.

Owners very helpful and available to transport. They speak mostly French but we could communicate our needs in English. They had all ammenities we needed. 5 min walk to the bay where we snorkled with Manta Rays. We hiked from the property to the top of Papoti mt. with a spectacular view. Small patisserie in walking distance.l
It's North East on the main island and away from South tourist areas so count on 2000-3500xpf for cab or rides each way for shopping, restaurants and the more crowded beaches.
Some traffic and dog noise at night with windows open, but AC is available for a fee. We had a great stay for a good price.

Vaïte et Alain sont des hôtes très accueillants et généreux en conseils. Faire confiance à Alain pour louer des vélos qui sont indispensables pour se déplacer dans l'île ; déplacement nécessaire pour les randonnées et se rendre à la plage magnifique de Bora Bora. L'appartement mis à disposition est bien équipé. Nos hôtes proposent un petit-déjeuner à un prix raisonnable pris avec les autres vacanciers sur une terrasse avec vue sur la mer et permettant les échanges.

Enjoyed my stay at Bora Vaite Lodge! Alain and his wife were very welcoming. The room was clean and the bed large and comfortable. I thought the stained bed sheet was probably ready to be thrown away though. There was plenty of room in the communal areas and the kitchen was well stocked. Breakfast is included which was a nice touch!
Was only in Bora two nights and didn’t have transport but Alain is able to offer lifts to town for a small fee which was very helpful as the ‘pinpoint’ on Hotels.com and Expedia is incorrect - it is not in Vaitape.
