Overnight stay before a flight. Friendly welcome at check in. Well presented room and very clean with good amenities. Great selection on the menu for dinner and buffet breakfast also. Runway Bar had a very relaxed atmosphere though drinks were quite expensive.

Just convenient!
It is very convenient for early morning flights although still requires quite a long walk. Our room was musty smelling and the innerspring mattress may have been new but it was very hard and overall bedding was definitely not plush. Hallways are dark. On site restaurant menu is limited and leaves a lot to be desired.Convenience is the best thing going for it.

As a solo traveler, flying on my own for the first time, I wanted somewhere that was close to the airport and that would take the stress off of me. The hotel was in the perfect location to Heathrow terminal 2, with just a short walk over the bridge that connects the two. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and tidy with a big bed and tv. More expensive than other hotels around the area but I think for the convenience of being connected to the terminal (if you have an early flight) and not having to get public transport to and from, it’s definitely worth it.

Outstanding airport hotel, excellent staff
This is my go-to hotel when flying from Heathrow. Perfect location right opposite terminal 2, with a convenient covered footbridge from the hotel to the car park and terminal beyond — it takes about a minute to trundle your luggage over by foot. The staff are always excellent — polite, friendly and professional. Great runway view rooms if you decide to upgrade — worth considering if you are travelling with children as they live to watch the planes taking off and landing. A lovely restaurant that serves breakfast in the mornings. And if you prefer not to dine in, there’s an M&S and Caffe Nero just moments away in terminal 2.

We had a long flight & was very tired. When we asked for help with moving our luggage to the room, we were told by the front desk to use one of airport to move them ourselves. While registering with the front office, the staff speak in a tone fast & as if he was reading from book.
