Stinky Travelers in Spokane
After a long day of travel to prepare for a long journey home, we discovered that our room and many others had NO HOT WATER! When was the last time you stayed at luxury hotel that had no hot water and no staff offered to help? We were treated poorly by the front desk who repeatedly told us someone was coming to check out our situation, and no one came! We had a 5am flight, arose at 3am and still NO HOT WATER! We didn’t expect a rose on our pillow, just hot water to freshen up like paying customers do-throughput this great country of ours. So if you’re expecting a bed to sleep in, you’ll get that. But a hot, or even warm shower, maybe not. You roll the dice at the Spokane Ramada!

Home from home
Friendly shuttle driver, maintenance man and front counter ladies. It was clean, convenient, and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the great breakfast spread; scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, bagels, toast, oatmeal packets, cereal, bananas and oranges along with all the cold and hot drinks. What a joke for an "Airport Hotel"
Hot water broken in the morning. Had to repack and get to a different building to shower. Prior to reserving and arriving, I called the hotel to make sure I could leave my vehicle there while flying to Florida and back. They gave me a 100% yes that it wasn't a problem. When I showed up and checked in, they told me they were full and now I couldn't... even though I just parked my car in a parking spot in the parking lot. The next morning when I ask about why would you tell me yes and then switch to no... they then almost threaten me that "well we've had 3 vehicles towed this morning". I wouldn't have stayed there without the parking offer. I would expect that when someone gets no hot water and has to make additional effort for normal use that you'd at least be a little extra kind and courteous.

Comfortable Overnight Before Early Flight
We stayed here overnight before an early morning flight. The hotel was in easy walking distance (as two able-bodied adults) of the airport. Check in was easy; the pool and water slide looked fun, although we didn't utilize it. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Accommodations were basic and slightly worn, but we had everything we needed. Despite being next to the airport, we slept soundly and didn't notice any noise. There were grab and go breakfast items available in the morning (3:45 am), which was very convenient. There was also a hotel shuttle available, but we chose to walk. We would stay there again.

Large comfy rooms - recommended
The hotel is older but clean and comfortable. Our rooms were large. We were traveling for a week. We flew into Spokane GEG airport. The hotel is within walking distance (across the street from rental cars). If you aren’t hauling a lot of luggage. The hotel also offers shuttle service. We stayed at the Ramada at the beginning and ending of our trip. So we had two different rooms. Both were very comfortable. Breakfast the first stay was good with many choices. Biscuits not so good. We came in super late the night before but hotel staff was very welcoming. On the end of the trip, different staff but even more welcoming and helpful. Desk clerk made sure I knew how to return the rental. That is a little tricky. He also told us about grab and go breakfast because we were leaving before regular hours. We were able to grab mini bagels, granola bar and fruit. We stopped in the restaurant the night before for a drink and hot meal. The weather was snowy and rainy so having hot choices was great.

Worth the stay, so close to airport
Check in was very smooth and we had a puppy with us They put us in a nice room and were quite friendly Literally walk across street for flights or even car rental you can save a few bucks if your staying overnight by getting your car when you need it vs. parking in hotel lot.... Hope it helps

Check in was a snap, price was okay. Unfortunately the pool waterslide was closed, and the hot tub was luke warm. My daughter really wanted to go on that slide. We decided to have dinner at their restaurant, that to was closed… room was great, clean and comfortable, but the amenities we paid for were all bunk… will spend more and stay elsewhere next time
