Disappointing stay at Ben’s arecoleta Park!
Stayed 2 nights at this property. No hot water and a friend had experienced the same issue on a stay a few weeks prior. It turned out lower levels have lack of hot water issues whereas higher floors do not. Staff eventually changed our room from a lower floor to the 7th floor which resolved the problem. Breakfast was scant and very average. Not worth the few dollars saved to stay here and not to the standard ofvBens hotels in other parts of the world.

Comfortable, quiet, restful
This is a lovely little hotel. The facilities are very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great water pressure in the shower and the beds are very comfortable. Although the hotel is in a busy part of town, the rooms do not get any ambient street noise so it is especially nice when arriving after a long international flight and needing to crash. The front desk staff are very warm and accommodating. Check-in is very easy. Before my arrival, I communicated with the front desk via WhatsApp to arrange for a driver to pick me up at EZE. This was a well-spent $50, and the hotel staff made sure I connected with the driver upon arrival. Breakfast is included and has good, standard options -- nothing fancy, but plenty to choose from. Lovely spot!

Lovely hotel in a safe upscale area
The hotel is in a very nice upscale area. Room is big with a dining table, large bed, balcony area, microwave, fridge and cooker. Staff are very friendly and allowed me to keep my suitcase with them for a few days while I travelled around El Calafate and Bariloche. Area is very safe - I was travelling as a solo female.
