While my stay was nice . Staff was prompt and friendly i was underwhelmed at the tv only offering cable . As a newer establishment have streaming services should be an option . I stay at this hotel every time I go to Hampton. Its very clean and the service is top notch. The only reason I marked the review as "good" instead of "excellent" is because I was given a room someone was already occupying. I walked right in on them. I was restless during my day in fear that someone would mistakenly be assigned my room and walk right in. I also needed to contact the front desk and the phones were not working. Other than that, its a really a great hotel.. located in a great area. Oh and the continental breakfast was good.

Comfortable stay
My husband and I spent two days in Hampton, VA, for a meet and greet. Our room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. Blessing, who worked at the bar, was professional, kind, and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here.
