I waited for car at Valet. Their sign states a 30 minute wait during busy times. I waited 45 minutes but Valet had my keys on the drop box. Nobody went for my car. I went to the Oyster Bar for soup but no spoons.

good for the price
The hotel location is convenient. There were a lot of parking spaces at the parking structure. We stayed at 2 adjourning rooms which was a good experience. We paid $20 per room per stay to ensure we got the adjourning rooms. The hotel rooms are old but still clean, we stayed at the Casino Tower, not sure if the Resort Tower is also of the same condition. There were very few staff (sometimes only one) at the front desk. So, there may be long wait. We ate at two of the restaurants. The Island Grill was okay. Rosie's Cafe was excellent, we ordered few different pasta and all of them were very good.

Don't stay on the 5th floor
This was the first stop on a cross country trip. Room was comfortable, my only complaint is our room was on the corner of the building right at the height of where the spotlights for the casino sign blasted through both the west and north windows. The blackout curtains looked like they had a celestial glow all night which made sleeping a wee difficult. Other than that, the room was just fine.

Nice & comfortable room, except that hotel has a new housekeeping policy which requires guests to request housekeeping every morning, otherwise no service will be provided. Front desk should have told guests when they check in. No one told us this policy, room was not ready when we returned in the afternoon. We have to called for housekeeping services then.

Our hotel room was not so great. The shower water barely got lukewarm. The safety bar in the shower was extremely loose and about to fall off. Some buttons in the elevators did not light up/work so you weren’t sure if you were going to get to your destination or not. However, the staff were all terrific and awesome. The food at the restaurants was amazing

Don’t go here if you’re getting married in town
Came here for my WEDDING. Had to obviously get ready before check in at 3. Had called the property prior and told them I needed to get ready in the room before their check in time and they said oh yeah that’s fine. Upon check in was charged extra to do so. Even when I brought up the prior conversation. Rude check in agent. And I had requested to be contacted about anything special they had to make our stay special for my wife. Wouldn’t stay here again. Also asked for a comforter and 2 blankets during my stay and they brought 2 pillows and a blanket. Glad I only stayed one night.
