Breakfast was good, fab variety but the cooked items let the side down a little, luke warm and bacon anaemic. Plenty of other choices though.

Great location, communal areas are nice but the hotel is genuinely need of updating. Bed was very comfortable.

Great location for visiting the Uni and underground car park had sufficient space. Room didn't have aircon though and was really warm, with the windows open it was a little noisy from traffic and party people! Breakfast was great.

Staff very friendly- bed was too firm for me - breakfast sausage/bacon were well cooked by then just steamed to keep them warm- rotary toasters cook too quickly and just cook too quickly - not environmentally friendly running permanently .Premier Inn have introduced toaster on some site which is better

Good, central hotel
I booked in for one night as I wanted a hotel within easy walking distance of the train station. Girl on reception very efficient and friendly. My room was very nice and spacious room on the second floor. Bed and pillows were comfortable, hospitality tray had an assortment of tea and coffee. I did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on that. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again if in the area.

The hotel is very clean and each member of staff throughout were superb. Courteous, attentive and looked professional.
The bar area is really nice with a good selection of drinks.
The food in the evening I had fish and chips. It wasn’t the best and the cooked breakfast was a 3/5. However there was a very good range of food in the evening and breakfast options. This is just my opinion and it shouldn’t take away from your decision to stay as the cleanliness, staff and location were all spot on.
Room is spacious and has everything you need although a little tired in decor and the fridge a little noises but unplugs of your a light sleeper like me.
For value for money this hotel would be 10/10 and it really is made by a very good team of employees throughout.

I found this hotel very good. The restaurant staff were very good and the food was excellent cooked to order. It was in my opinion better than The Marco Pierre White restaurant. The down side to my stay were the road work noise outside the hotel.

Bed very comfortable, bedding was fresh and clean. We had a breakfast the following morning continental/traditional english was ok. The staff were amazing especially serving breakfast; absolutely brilliant. Room service superb and fast.

Room was clean, staff were all very friendly and helpful, we couldn’t find the underground carpark, but sainsburys was close and no problem there. Really nice touch having a fridge in the room. The only thing missing for me was ice. It was available in the bar which was open til half 9, but we got back late after a show at pavilions, and I have a huge addition to ice cubes! I got through it so it’s okay, it’s just a personal thing, there’s always tea and coffee, but I’m yet to find a hotel to accommodate the need for ice late at night!
Although we didn’t eat, the food smelled great as we passed by and having looked through the menu, very reasonably priced too.
