FYI…
The front desk staff were very nice and friendly. I removed the “do not disturb” sign around 9:30/10 AM and notice that they were cleaning the rooms next to mine. When I returned late afternoon, my room was not serviced. I ask the front desk about it and they said it was due to the sign. I have removed the sign when I left and wasn’t sure why the room wasn’t service when they were cleaning the room next and adjective to my room (714). Also, the curtains allow to much light and there was a draft of cold air entering from the window.

we booked for 5 stay, all it has is a king bed and a sofa bed. any living human cannot sleep on that sofa bed due to its condition all springs are out and impossible to sleep. room smells, bedsheets are not clean. bathroom is all renovated and clean.

Good service at a unique hotel in north Jersey
When we arrived to check in, it was a bit crowded but the front desk employee was courteous and efficient under the circumstances. When we got to our room, which was nice with a unique, the toilet bowl handle did not work. When we called the front desk, the problem was fixed within 15 minutes.
