It was really good. The staff was very helpful in extending my stay one day. The hotel was in decent shape. The hallways were a bit loud and the room door let in sound from the whole hallway.

The hotel was older but recently updated ( no major overhauls). The room still smelled a bit like it was freshly painted but the friendly staff and convenient location helped make up for it. Stayed on 11/5 incase anyone wanted to go after the paint had time to dry.

The manager was wonderful. Our tv wasn’t working and he promptly came to our room to fix it. The only little things I wished they had were a trash can in the bathroom, an ice bucket, and bottled waters in the room. Other than that, our room was comfortable and clean.

We really enjoyed the hotel. There was someone coming in and out of the back door when we were trying to sleep. I don’t know how you can control it, but it kept us up. It must have been at least 20 times.

Hotel was very clean. Rooms offer fridge and microwave but no coffee maker which was ok because they have coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was a variety of cold offerings bagels, cereals, muffins. Staff very friendly. Located close to the interstate and central to a lot of things. Would definitely stay again on my next trip to Kentucky.

Noisy air conditioner. Today received charge in error for checking in to room. Full price that was supposed to be covered by virtual card from Expedia. Hotel is working to credit my own card now. I had no room or incidental charges. The cost on Expedia was supposed to cover all fees. I understand the common practice of a personal card on file with guests.

Checkin: We requested two rooms. One room was a mess so the front desk manager apologized and gave us a clean room. We understood, mistakes happen.
Service: I started my shower only to realize that our refillable shampoo and shower gel bottles were both empty. (I’m a fan of the eco-friendly bottles, but they need to be maintained.)
Breakfast: Continental breakfast was ok, very simple. At 7:00a the coffee pot was empty and it took more than 20 minutes for the staff to bring a full carafe.
Service: After breakfast, used the guest bathroom on first floor and the two toilet paper rolls were empty in the first stall so I used the handicap stall instead.
A decent stay overall, but many areas need more effort and attention. Probably would choose a different hotel next time.

Traveling for a UK open house tour.
The first room we were given, we found dirty towels still in the tub. Found a hair on the toilet, that didn't belong to us. The second room, we had to ask for a trashcan and an ice bucket. Found out the air conditioner didn't work properly.
When we arrived there were dirt shore tracks all over the lobby, which were still there in the morning. The whole place had an odor I couldn't place. We would rather drive the 12hrs. back home after touring UK all day, than stay there one more night.

Room was great. Customer service sucked. The front desk attendant was not accommodating for my handicap needs. I needed a shower chair for the shower and there was none to use. No tv remote in the room. Phone wasnt plugged in. No coffee maker and nothing to put ice in. Was very disappointed in this stay.
