Very centrally located right beside cinema and excellent mall, family room was spacious and clean. Only minutes from cruise terminal taxi was £8 charge.

Smallest hotel room I have ever been in. Luggage for cruise made it VERY crowded. After boarding the cruise ship -not known for roominess- was noticeable that the Moxy hotel room was much smaller than our cruise cabin.

As always, a good stay at The Moxy. Good location next to Westquay shopping mall. Service is perfect. Room is clean. The only reason I gave a mark down on condition was - the room smelt a bit … I think it was to do with the toilet.

the staff was very courteous and our room was very clean. however, there was no telephone in the room and no chair to sit on. the breakfast offered superb danish and good coffee, but was not unusual otherwise. i prefer to be waited on, rather than have a self-serve buffet, and, i did not like that we were expected to buss our own tables. we also had to transport our luggage to and from the room on carts that were provided. the hotel was well located about a five minute drive from the cunard terminal, and a five minute walk from a small, enclosed shopping center that had several run-of-the-mill eating establishments. the bathroom was small but adequate.
elevator sevice needs improvement for the number of rooms. this hotel is in no way like a marriot branded hotel that you would expect.

Fairly recent property compare to other older hotels in Southampton. Price reasonable again when compared to other hotels in this area. Only wish they had a safe in the room but not a big deal.
