The room was dirty the bathroom door had a whole like some one or a dog bit through it the tub was dirty floor was dirty and the heat did not work at all floor was ice cold like standing out in the cold worse experience ever

Horrible
We requested a smoke-free room, but that was not provided. Additionally, the front desk staff were unable to give us directions to the subway. The room heater did not function properly, and we couldn't adjust the TV volume. Overall, the price we paid was too high for the quality of the hotel. I do not recommend this place at all.

Smokey and Dirty
The room smelled of smoke. The Receptionist said I should have asked for another room. She insisted they allow smoking in some rooms. The Hotels.com website says its is a NON-Smoking facility. They even had an ASH TRAY in the room. Hadn't see that in about 30 years Some lights didn't work. Towels were stained. Cleanliness was a 4 out of 10 ;-( Great place for a horror movie

The Bed is very comfortable and the room stay clean, but it needs to have a place to put ur clothes and the TV locks off and on after a certain time. There’s also too many big RATS running around in the GARAGE where you park your car. It is a MOTEL and not a HOTEL
