Disappointing stay.
In arrival we were told that there was no room to upgrade to however that was not true and gold hotels.com stated thatbif rooms were available then an upgrade was possible. The room we got was so dirty, lots of dust and we did not even use the kettle or cups. I accidently left headphones behind in the room and when I called and ask for lost or stolen property I was told they were not found. It would be nice to be able to trust staff. I have learnt my lesson and will choose a different hotel at Heathrow next time. It was disappointing overall.

Reasonable option for airport hotel.
Long narrow shaped hotel with maze of corridors with parking underneath. Good points were location and noise which although next to Heathrow airport was surprisingly silent in rooms. Breakfast was lovely. Good selection,quality,layout and tasty. Rooms also compact but modern with full amenities and clean. Downsides were night staff at reception which I don’t think bothered to look at customers once on check in. Not even a welcome or smile! Parking is chargeable so be careful if you have a vehicle and not included in stay, check small print. Overall good stay however, would stay at again.

Perfect for airport stays
We stayed here prior to a flight. It was a clean and comfortable room which we couldn’t fault except for the drain in the accessible shower not draining properly and making the bathroom like a swimming pool- we reported it to the house keeping
