The location is superb and the room was excellent. The staffing was somewhat disorganised, especially at breakfast time and the heating in our room only worked occasionally.

A little spooky and reserved as we arrived late after the theater, but staff was wonderful and friendly and our stay was marvelous. Check in during the day don’t wait until 10:30 at night enjoy the beautiful grounds and lovely people.

The post code doesnt take you to the place finishes near another manor hotel

The hotel is in fabulous surroundings and the staff are first class. However the public spaces and the rooms are showing their age and are in need of some refurbishment. The EV charging points are a fantastic addition but I couldn’t get them to work

Great value for money, beautiful hotel
The hotel is absolutely stunning. Beautiful grounds, very relaxing bar and our apartment was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Only point lost was the breakfast which was average and food/coffee ran out due to the number of guests eating breakfast.

A wonderful hotel, 3 of us stayed in one of the apartments. The apartment was at the back of the hotel about 3 minutes walk to the spa and hotel main reception.
The apartment was clean, although there was a minor issues with ants near the window which the hotel was very helpful over.
The apartment had 2 very good size bedrooms which slept 3 but there were 2 pull out beds if needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture comfortable.
The spa was amazing, lots to do and places to sit.
