Must be under new cheap management
doors to lobby are always locked which means if you are trying to check in you need to cheat front desk. Keys stopped working middle of the night so one family member was stuck in the stairwell in minus weather, pool water temperature was 19- 20 degrees c according to my Garmin watch. It is way too cold for us to be Able to use it. I stayed at Blackomb Lodge previously and iit must be under new management. we had a very cheap customer service experience. Only one tiny soap for a room that supposedly is for 6 people, freezing pool temperature... will definitely not stay here again

Can get a little loud at night if staying on the mountain side as it’s right over the village. Unfortunately we arrived on the first night of a long weekend and there was a lot of partying all night.
Otherwise the facilities were good and the village has a lot of shopping and dining options.

Parking cost is rediculous. Glad the Lodge has a discounted rate but that was still expensive. Whistler living up to its expensive reputation

Our room was right above a bar and we didn’t get much sleep. Also, we paid for a balcony and there was only a view of the stores, not the view you see in the pictures online

Very poor. Doors were locked when we arrived. Facilities dirty, and run down. No hot water. Broken furniture. What staff there were uncaring & unsupportive. Worst hotel in Whistler, no question.

Nasty place to stay
The room was dusty. The bathtub had hair from people that used the room before. The light in the main entrance of our room was burnt out. Even in the lobby all the garbages were overflowing and the carpets looked so dirty

Must pay for luggage care
It was good but It's not fare that you have to pay 50 canadian dolars for luggage care before you leave Whistler. It's the first hotel in my live, I've been in 15 differents countries and they don't. Even in Hyatt Montreal I did not pay or all Europe. Bad, very bad.
