Overall great stay. The hotel is in a good location, staff is friendly, and they had lots of fun extras like an afternoon candy buffet in the lobby. Unfortunately, the bed was terribly uncomfortable, so we didn’t get great sleep.

Check-in was a breeze, parking was secure, the room had a kitchenette and for that price it was excellent with the separate king bed in its own bedroom, with a giant pullout couch in the living room. This place was great value for the price!

Perfect
From the moment you arrive the staff is extremely welcoming which is normally not the first expression you get when checking into a hotel. Every staff member has gone above and beyond saying hello or asking how the day was going. I cannot express how much that means in the hospitality industry nowadays. The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to all the restaurants & bars. The gondola is maybe a 10 minute slow walk. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Whistler.

Lovely Hotel and Staff
Great hotel, great room, great stay. Only bummer was that they did not have parking available for us (limited capacity). But we found street parking out front which is free from 7pm to 10am. $3 per hour outside those times, 2hr maximum. Works out cheaper than the underground anyway.

Good value and location
We stayed for 3 nights in December. The location was great, right in the heart of the village. The price was great. The 1 BR suite was decent sized and fit our family of 3, although the bathroom could have been bigger. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Great to have a big fridge, microwave and stovetop in the room. The hotel was clean and the service excellent. My only complaint would be that there could be some minor fixes or updating in the rooms. For example, small things like the faucet in the shower was very loose, the painting of the wood trim in the bathroom was slipshot, the buttons of the mock fireplaces were very worn down or broken, making them hard to use. Definitely aged since our last visit many years ago. All in all though, very happy with the stay. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to others.
