Well got in the room. It was freezing in the room and cold outside first of all my granddaughter peed in the toilet no toilet paper and the toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to call downstairs and wait almost a half an hour for them to show up to plunge the toilet and then at night we try to plug our Phones in and my daughter-in-law has a pack machine that she needs and none of the plugs worked so I was dissatisfied with comforting, and I will not be using your services again

Rooms were great. Nice and quite. Staff was friendly. Food was basic every morning - eggs sausage patty, apple juice orange juice bread waffle oatmeal and muffins. Overall is was a fairly decent experience and the room was located right in the middle of Hyannis to walk around.

Bad hotel experience, not worthy the price
The vent is very noisy, even louder than the very old AC. AC can be turned off however the vent can't be shut down. We had to use bath towel to cover the vent hole to reduce the dB level. The hotel features 'free parking', however it only allows the hotel guest to park till next 11am. Guests who plan to tour the Nantucket Island will have to find a different place to park. This further removes the reason to stay in this hotel with such a high price. The same price can stay in big hotel chain such as Marriott, IHG or Hyatt which is 10 minutes drive to the ferry terminal.

Hotel location is very convenient. It has been renovated and maintained very well. Cleaning staff(Lilya) did a great job. Couple of suggestions: breakfast menu can be improved to current expectations; bathtub is very old and needs replacement. Breakfast room staff should not rush people finishing eating and enjoying their vacations. After all, hotel is in hospitality business.
