Overall the staff were very helpful and pleasant and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from.
Only criticism was the sofa bed, it was extremely uncomfortable.

Nice hotel. About average for a budget hotel.
Nice hotel in a good location. Pleasant staff. Room was OK but TV was a bit on the small side. Food was average but what you’d expect from a budget hotel. Breakfast had the usual selection at the buffet. No fresh orange though. Only the watered down stuff.

Stayed for 1 night. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.
There were 4 people in my group, my only negative is there wasn’t enough pillows. However, if I got my backside down to reception and asked for extra, I’m sure they would of accommodated my request.
Breakfast was good and would stay there again.

Nice, tidy, spacious room with pretty much everything you need. Only thing was there was no mirror on the table thing for a woman to do hair and makeup which led me to holding a camera up for a friend while she did hers haha

Hotel was a bit shabby, permanent stains on carpet and sofa bed.
Otherwise we were comfortable, would have appreciated better instructions for the Heating/air con and didn’t know the hairdryer switch was under a cupboard.
The food in the evening was not up to scratch, cheap fish and soggy chips.

Room comfortable but the service for breakfast was terrible. OK breakfast was busy but the time it took to replenish was ridiculous. Stood for 15 to 20 minutes waiting for food to be replenished then a further 15 to 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee

No plates, cutlery or many food items. Waited an hour over breakfast for breakfast items which never became available.

There was a mark on the bottom of the shower tray but the worst thing was children running passed our room atv6 am which woke us up snd couldnt get back to sleep the same children were running along and shouting at 11pm which also disturb our sleep

Great one night stay
Very pleasantly surprised and overall an excellent experience in what could be regarded as a low budget hotel, but should not be deemed or feared as such.
On Positive notes,
Every member of staff that I interacted with, were pleasant, polite, courteous and helpful and i could not have been more pleased with their attitude and demeanor plus everyone that i meet was well dressed and smart, a pleasure to see in this day and age of dress down to work. .
The Room 216 was clean, Bedding the same and the bed comfortable, Standard tea and coffee facilities along with ironing Board, iron and hairdryer in room.
Shower Room and Toiletries provided were standard but acceptable, Clean towels and spares on hand was a nice touch.
Self service Breakfast was of a good standard and there was plenty of food on offer to suit most tastes, along with various drinks options,tea,coffee,Juice,water etc.
The Sites location being a 3 minute walk to the Main redditch centre and shopping mall, and nicely located again around 3 mins from Redditch train station with links to Birmingham and various other Midlands locations.
Free car parking at the rear of premises in its own onsite Car park with secure entry and exit points.
One of the fastest upload speeds i have ever encountered on my travels in hotels measuring over 32 Mbps and download speeds of 48 Mbps plus on average, so ideal for streaming, uploading work data or just staying in touch with loved ones.
