We went here for my birthday celebration and they had balloons in the room with an We went here for my birthday celebration, and they had balloons in the room with a card, which was nice! Everything there is wonderful, but the room is just a tad bit small for my liking. The location is the best! You check in via computer and there’s somebody there if you need some assistance. The art decoration on the wall are pretty fun and the guy dancing in the elevator on the wall is pretty entertaining! The staff is very friendly. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Left a bad taste in my mouth this keycard thing...
Loved this place! Very pissed off about this white keycard/black keycard inconvenience whereas some guests had cards that gave access to the elevator(black card), many of us (white keycard), had to interrupt the bartender from their workstation to walk around the bar to give access using their card...while I watched people use their cards as I waited...very embarrassing and such an unexplained reason why some guests are inconvenienced and others...hmm..

Beautiful areas and dirty room.
My room was not clean. The floors were dirty, there was hair everywhere, the sheets and blankets were not clean, the looked wrinkled and smelled like dirty head. Bartenders were extremely nice and some of the front desk staff as well. The bed was not comfortable either.

Weekend getaway
Amazing location! Very hip and full of tech. You can check in / out yourself which is nice but someone is there to assist if you need it. No room service BUT their kitchen is open 24 hours day for some items. People complained about the room being small and it is. However, it had a giant window and never felt like there wasn't enough room. It's just for sleeping. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Sound proof windows and blackout blinds. Everything is controlled by the in room ipad. Glad I tried this place as it was new for me and would have zero hesitation to use again. No parking but plenty of garages close by.
