The Bull was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean and comfortable and very well run. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I would recommend The Bull to anyone.

Great place to stay. Rooms are a good size and well furnished, shower is great and bed is comgortable. Wide selection of well cooked food at a readonable price. The staff are really polite and enthusiastic. Good parking, close to the station. Basically that covers everything you would want from a hotel. Hense 5 stars. 😉

I stayed for one night to visit friends in the area. Excellent service throughout the hotel. There was a wedding taking place but the room was fairly quiet. I stayed in a classic double which is spacious with a massive bed. Tv, fridge in room.

A delightful hotel with friendly, professional and efficient staff.
The breakfast is self service and very varied with continental or English.
The rooms are spacious, clean and have tea and coffee making facilities.
There is also a bar in the hotel that leads out to beautiful gardens.
The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the train station where you can get services to London, High Wycombe and Oxford.
Highly recommended.

Good hotel for a weekend away
We stayed here for a weekend. The room was lovely, with a really large bed and also two armchairs. The curtains were also thick which made the room nice and dark for sleeping. The water for the sink and bath was hot too.
We had drinks downstairs on the patio and the waiter could not have been more helpful - bringing us cushions for the chairs, putting up the umbrella for us, and checking in at appropriate points to see if we wanted more drinks.

Nice staff, good facilities and great parking. some of the rooms once you get onto the floors are a long walk away from reception so not good if you have loads of luggage, rooms in general nice and clean but my bathroom floor was very sticky. Main problem is no air-conditioning and if you’re in a room overlooking the bar terrace it can be very noisy if you need to open the windows to let in some air.

Pleasant hotel stay
Pleasant stay. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was okay though I wasn't too happy about meat and vegetarian food being in close proximity as hotel guests often used same utensils to serve themselves food. Had they been separated then this would not be an issue.
