Great hotel 3 mins away from the subway station. The service was fantastic, room was clean and breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay here next time we’re in NYC

Always comfortable
I’ve stayed at Highbridge Hotel a number of times now — it’s very convenient to the subway station, there are a few stores and restaurants nearby, the rooms are clean and the breakfast hot and lovely. My only complaint is that I was unsure of whether the heat was working. The unit kept blowing cool air. I was only at the hotel 2 nights and at night, so I didn’t report this to the front desk. However, this is the 2nd room I’ve been assigned where I’ve had issues with the heat — the first time around I reported it and was told to turn the heat at the highest temperature.

I was not confortable with the Hotel
The bed was unconfutable and the sheet not very clean, smell bad, I have to check out a day earlier and they told me that will charge full regardless I use it or not but as per manager will refund me the day I did not use, parking space was offer for a price even though did not mention anything on the reservation.

Returning New Yorker
Great place near Yankee Stadium, with good breakfast selections included. If I have one complaint, it would be there's no smoking section that was inside due to the weather being so cold. Plus I would recommend maybe an optional smoking room, being NYC has Marijuana as a legalized recreational drug. Other then that, the staff and room was great.

Great find in the Bronx
As other reviews have said, good breakfast! Room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Never had to wait long for the lifts. Close to the train station. Would definitely stay again.
