Shuttle drivers were great! Very polite, helpful and hard working. Check in staff were also very nice. Rooms were big and clean. The location is a little farther from the airport than I expected. It took approximately 20 minutes from hotel to Terminal 1 (last stop). It was much longer than when I caught the shuttle upon arrival to HND.

We stayed overnight between the domestic and international flights. The hotel is still new. It has enough space considering other hotels in Tokyo. It takes 7-10 min by a taxi. the hotel offers a shuttle bus which could take 20-30min depending on which terminal you are traveling to.
