Great customer service, below average rooms. We had two rooms, both were below average. They both had a weird unpleasant smell in them. The hardwood floors were scratched very badly. Bathrooms could have been cleaner.

Good Hotel
Nice hotel. Is not near the center of the city, but is easy to get to using public transportation. Is not convenient if you want to get to here from the airport by public transportation as you will have to change trams. Easy car ride from the airport though. A nice clean hotel to stay if you transiting through Zurich. But staying closer to the city center is better.

We were couple hrs early and asked to check in and they expediated a room for us. Lory on the desk was awesome. So chatty and nelpfulin every aspect. The hotel was good and restaurabt breakfast buffet was over but they offered to whip us up some breakfast just the same. Much appreciated

I wish the hotel had laundry services. Also, when they cleaned our rooms, they didn't replenish coffee and cream. The hotel charged us 24 Swiss Francs for parking one night. This is way too expensive.
