Terrible experience
the accommodations for 5 people as booked were not good. we had to incur the expense of a cot for the 5th traveller. the windows were dirty and looked unsafe and cold air came in. the bathroom was dirty and the celling in there was bubbling, the beds had missing boards and drawers, the chair cushion was filthy and the smell of disinfectant was overwhelming in the lobby and elevators, that it was hard to breathe. NOT worth almost $500 for the night. We asked for another room but not available and couldn't book anywhere else as nothing was available in the area we needed at a comparable price

Not impressed
When we arrived late in the evening (8 hours after we could have checked in) with exhausted children who unfortunately weren’t feeling 100% the room was not ready. They unapologetically told us we would need to wait. They didn’t take my card or license at that time, just said you’ll need to wait 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I went back to the desk and she said - only 5 minutes more. 10 minutes later they finally started my check in process. During this wait the only offer was that we could help ourselves to old coffee available in the reception area.
The room was very poorly done. The beds were average comfort. The shower head was installed at the wrong end of the bathtub. Wall paper and carpet in the room were bubbled out.
The th did not work, and the one bathroom light did not work.
Cleanliness was below average at best.
The cleaning staff was pleasant to talk to in the hallway, but the front desk customer service was short in responses and offers poor service at best.
I would rank this as my second worst hotel experience I’ve had. I am not the most experienced traveler in the world, but average at least 5-10 hotel stays annually for the past 15 years.

4 days 3 nights
The hotel is really hard to approach. It takes a long U turn to get to. Front desk is helpful, room service is bad. I can see the face eyelids from previous customers on the bed. The second day, I still see hair in bathtub even though they cleaned the room. The bed is so hard. The towels are so rough. Good things that they provided microwave in the room. Breakfast is poor with croissants, Cinnabons, toasts, old banana and apple. The door is noisy when opening and closing.

Do not stay here! Buyer beware
This hotel is dirty, run down and just plain disgusting. The staff isn’t helpful and it’s under renovation. It may be nice after renovations but the ad for the hotel isn’t even close to what you will get.
Completely disgusting for a Ramada hotel. If I could have cancelled and switched hotels I would have. Just awful in every way

Terrible
We did a late check in because we spent the day in the city. The guy who received us in the morning was ok and agreed to let us leave our luggage there before the check in time. But the guy who checked us in later that night was rude and arrogant and not courteous at all. Not very welcoming.
The place is in a horrible inaccessible location, we realized too late. And they are in the midst of doing some work. The guy who checked us in was racial profiling us and put us in old rooms in the non-renovated floor. There were old rusty pipes in the hallways. One of the rooms didn’t have towels when we came and had to ask for it. It also didn’t have the duvet or comforter top on the beds. Lamps were missing bulbs and there are no accessible outlets to charge your gadgets with. Breakfast was a couple of pastries and a pre-packed Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich.
I honestly don’t know how this place is part of the Wyndham group. Luckily we only stayed a few hours: checked in late, checked out early. I guess we got what we paid for. If you’re only passing through and looking for a cheap place and you don’t mind motel-quality, you could try this place.
