Bath towels are very old if they can replace to new ones will be better. Shower are very good , beds are soft….. they have airport shuttle , but after midnight seems you will need to wait 1-2 hours

Perfectly fine hotel near airport
Really confortable hotel for one night before/after a flight. You will hear the planes go by as the airport is very close. My only complaint would be that the shuttle doesn't run often enough (maybe every 1h15 minutes) and the shuttle didn't say 'Hampton' on it, so we took a Uber. Breakfast at restaurant was good, but we didn't fine the food good the other meals.

Great hotel for a quick stay
Nice hotel near GRU airport, comfortable beds, clean and great free shuttle bus to the Airport. Amazing buffet for dinner, tasty Brazilian food, not too pricey. Only con was the unfriendly receptionist that checked us in, very dismissive and a bit abrasive. I did address the situation there and then, so the behaviour improved, however, this in not what I would have expected at a South American hotel and definitely not at a hotel holding the Hilton name.

Great stay!
Nice shuttle bus to and from the airport. This is my second stay. Great food in their cafeteria! Their buffet is wonderful, all you can eat. Room and bed were great. Thank you Hampton by Hilton! I shall return.

I was put into a room with an adjacent door to the room next door. It was not soundproofed and my neighbour was drunk and very loud and indecent. I did not get more than 2 hours’ sleep. The hotel was much further from the terminal building than I expected and it took 25 min to arrive. The check in process was very slow and I had to wait in line for another 20 minutes, despite the fact that my room was pre booked and prepaid. The bathroom was moderately clean but the floor of the bedroom had dust and dirt on the floor. It was not clean. In the morning I struggled to find a place at a table in the restaurant area which was clean. People’s plates had not been cleared away from earlier, and it was not pleasant to have to eat surrounded by other peoples’s dirty plates. I will not stay there again.
