A perfect B & B located in a quiet part of Kings Lynn. A 10 - 15 minute walk to Bus and train stations. Nothing too much trouble for the hosts.

Good value stay
It's a no nonsense place that gave us a good nights sleep and a functional shower, although space was at a premium.
Breakfast was definitely the best thing.
Cooked to order, the choice was amazing - excellent.
Drink making in your room was improved by the flask of semi-skimmed milk, kept cool in the kitchen fridge.
There is a lovely quiet garden for your use, if required.

The hosts are welcoming and have an excellent knowledge of the local area. They have thought of everything that you might need.
Location very good, ten minutes walk from the town and train station and a beautiful park on the doorstep.
Good choice of breakfast options and good quality produce.

Great place in Kings Lynn
Very nice place to stay, well with in walking distance to the town centre. There is a nice park at the end of the road. The room we stayed in was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was really nice and well cooked. Karl and Jude were great hosts and were very helpful.

The Hosts Jude & Karl make you very welcome . I was travelling alone and booked a single room which was compact but just right for me on this trip . Tea & Coffee facilities are provided as well as shower gel , soap and shampoo . You can also park at the property . Breakfast is cooked to order and delicious. The property also has a beautiful little garden at the back which I enjoyed sitting in . Within walking distance to the Town through a lovely park where you will find a number of pubs,bars and restaurants to eat in .Would definitely stay again if I am in the area .

Within easy walk of Kings Lynn centre. Unfortunately, the Sandringham room had no Wi-Fi signal and it had a damp smell.
The breakfast was cooked to order and was excellent.

From the moment we walked into this hotel for our stay.
Carl was very friendly from the off and was very great host indeed.
The room was very clean and tidy. Liked all the little details he and his partner put into each room.
The cooked breakfast was of the best i have in a hotel ever. If liked more toast etc was more gradually to.
Always welcoming hosts and i would definitely stay at this hotel again

Excellent value for money.
We were warmly welcomed by Carl, and had a very comfortable bed and room. Top quality breakfast (for example really flavoursome meaty sausages) and plenty to choose from, to include omelettes, vegan, and very fresh fruit salad. Great location, just a few minutes walk through the park to town.

Well positioned, excellent friendly little B&B
Karl & Jude were amazing hosts of Fairlight and my sister in law and myself were made to feel very comfortable very quickly. We had the Norfolk Lavender room with matching accessories and a lovely view with access to a beautiful quiet and private garden with table, chairs and bench. The room was compact but had plenty of room for the twin beds, two chairs and enough storage space for the 5 days we were staying and big enough for 2 people. It was also lovely to be able to have the door open to the garden when the temperature allowed. The beds were very comfortable and bedding very nice with spare blankets if needed. The breakfast choice was amazing - fresh fruit salad, fruit juice, greek yoghurt, fruit compote, various cereals, choice of various bread or toast with homemade jams and marmalades, cook to order traditional breakfast or omelette choices, tea and fresh coffee in cafetieres. It was a lovely experience and Karl & Jude were always quickly accessible via email if it wasn't at normal times and were able to help with everything we asked or needed including a large umbrella and drying clothes when we got soaked. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay. It is the best B&B we have ever stayed in and will return if we can.

Fantastic & Welcoming B&B
We are currently moving to Norfolk and used this as a hub whilst visiting schools in Fakenham for 3 days. We made a couple of changes to our booking, including breakfast time and number of people in our room during our stay. There were no issues with any of the changes and the hosts could not be more welcoming. I cannot recommend Fairlight Lodge enough, fantastic accommodation.
