The Budget IBIS is close to public transport (train station) & close to shops, so was convenient place to stay whilst on holidays. Basic accommodation but clean & safe.

Amenities, yes i know its called budget but the price you pay doesnt reflect that, put in a room facing main road very noisy most of the night. Bed was ok , pillows we're terrible lumpy and uncomfortable. Room was clean, no privacy regarding cleaning yourself, salmost at side of bed

Staff were extra helpful with check in and car parking. Rooms are basic as expected but were very clean and comfortable. Good location for tube just a few minutes walk away, perfect for airport and only 50mins to central London.

Check in was great. The receptionist was wonderful. Great location for us. The car park was tiny, but we ended up with a local car park which was fine. Good value and a decent breakfast

Front desk staff were very nice. Day we arrived we were not able to open the door and asked a cleaner for help and shdd egg started yelling at us saying we don’t know to use the card properly, however it was the system glitch that the card keys were not working.
We requested for a walk in shower and the water was not draining properly and even after complaining, it was not fixed.
Every time we had shower , our foot were drowned with the shower water.

Convenient location bit not worth what we paid
Was clean but definitely not worth the money we paid. The lady working the breakfast area on 4th and 5th was not friendly at all. Had no coffee on 4th and just really disappointing overall.

It's ok for somewhere to sleep for a night, but that's about it. Saying that, it is a "budget" hotel but you would get a whole lot more if your willing to pay an extra £30-40 somewhere else

Close to transport and shops single train to central London. Clean and reasonably priced. The room was tiny but we were only there to sleep. The staff was kind enough to let us check in early with no additional charge.

The underground was within a walking distance of 8 to 10 min which was perfect, very quiet area and such beautiful neighborhood everyone we interact with was so lovely to us and my one year old nephew

The hotel was sufficient for our needs as we we stayed for 1 night. The room was spacious enough for 2 people. The shower and sink area was clean as well as the bedding. It's a short walk to Hounslow Central underground station with a Tesco Express right next door. Plus many food outlets about 1 or 2 minutes walk away. The area is safe enough. Just use common sense when walking around as with any other area of London. We would stay here again.
